Hi! I’m Janeen and I’m so happy you are here.
My love of baking was formed at a very young age and some of my fondest memories as a child are when I was helping my Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. Whilst I love all forms of cooking, baking is my favourite. I love to try new recipes and techniques and have developed some of my own recipes.
My decorating skills were not always as they are now but I always strived to improve. It was by accident, after a friend gifted me a decorating class over 10 years ago, that I fell in love with cake decorating. Since then, I have sought out opportunities to improve my skills and have attended decorating classes with internationally renowned decorators.

In my classes, most of which are aimed at beginner bakers and decorators, I aim to provide participants with all the necessary information to take what they have learnt home to create beautifully decorated cakes and cupcakes in their home kitchen. So, if you’ve tried to decorate or bake and just didn’t quite get the results you wanted, come along to a class, you’ll be pleased you did!
